MRP Consultants for Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness
Since 1987, MRP Consultants have taken on unique, individualized challenges in organizational effectiveness and efficiency, writing and editing, and tutoring projects that meet the needs and respond to the goals of a variety of clients.

Working closely with ILI programs and services, MRP provides customized, one-to-one programs and services that are tailored to the specific situation of the individual or organizational client.

MRP Consultants specialize in three areas of consulting: Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness, Writing and Editing Services, and Academic Tutoring for students in particular areas of learning.

Sara Tusek founded MRP on the principles detailed by Peter Drucker {management consultant, author, and educator) who once said, "Knowledge applied is productivity."

People and organizations already have abundant untapped resources of knowledge, procedure, and purpose; these resources become profoundly productive when applied consistently and appropriately to the work which needs to be done.

The major goal of all MRP consulting activities is to bring to light the resources already present within the individual or organization, to help the client fully understand and appreciate those resources, and to map out new ways of using these resources productively and effectively, as well as ways to develop new, dynamic resources.

MRP services and programs complement ILI activities by providing sharply-focused consultations that deal with specific situations. Through conversations, needs evaluations, observations, structured exercises, and recommendations, MRP consultants work with individuals and organizations to determine new paths for the future that make the best use of existing resources, as well as pointing the way to new resources yet to be developed.
