| MRP: Making Resources Productive |
MRP is a consulting firm that provides a range of services that improve and enhance effective communications and professional growth. Founded in 1987, MRP helps businesses and individuals to assess their resources and use them more productively. MRP focuses on three groups of services.
1. Publications: MRP produces written materials for businesses and individuals. It works closely with the International Leadership Institute Publishing House, publisher of books, manuals, handbooks and newsletters. MRP also offers free-lance writing and editing services.
2. Career development: MRP helps individuals and small groups with the self-analysis and communication skills needed to develop and advance their careers. MRP also helps organizations to manage their resources in the most effective way.
3. Educational services: MRP works with small groups and individuals who want to better their written, oral and listening skills in American English. MRP also produces workbooks and manuals for students of American English.

| MRP has provided general business management services to the International Leadership Institute since 1990; Sara Tusek, MRP owner, is the Managing Director of ILI. She also serves as General Editor of ILIPH, the publishing house of the International Leadership Institute.
