| ILI currently offers two career development
programs in Prague:
1.
"Your Next Job." This seminar can help you find the
job you can like and do best. Throughout the 4-sessions of personal and career
evaluation, you can weigh your career options: seeking a different position in
your current organization (promotion or lateral shift), leaving your current
job and company, moving to another country, or starting your own business.
2.
"Looking Ahead." This is a 4-session
introduction to life-long career development, and will give you a chance to
develop the basic elements of self-knowledge you need to steer your life in
productive ways. Skills identification, values clarification, goal-setting and
review of accomplishments are the key elements of this seminar.

The International Leadership Institute has more than 30 years of experience in helping people to understand their own unique set of skills, abilities, talents, values and goals.
