| ILI: from Princeton to Florida to Prague and back to Florida |
| For 2015, ILI continues to offer two kinds of seminars:
Career Development: Redirect Seminar, focused on gathering your personal and career resources and setting a new goal to move you forward.
Leadership Development: seminars to help you identify your leadership roles, assess your leadership skills and attitudes, and build your ethical principles into your own leadership style. The result helps you be a responsible, committed leader in every situation where your leadership is needed.

Founded in 1985 in Princeton, NJ, the International Leadership Institute has changed with the times while maintaining its original mission: to help our clients and program participants to develop their leadership skills.
Our first programs were designed for two kinds of leaders: business executives and university students
- Executive Education Programs for Czech and Slovak Business Leaders (Business Leadership Forum: USA)
- American English Language Immersion Programs in the United States

Later we added the Travel-and-Learn programs in Europe and in the United States. These programs combine education with tourism, helping participants to encounter new cultures in some depth and to gain at least a minimum level of understanding of the historical, political, economic and social significance of what they experience.
