Founded in 1985 in Princeton, NJ, the International Leadership Institute has changed with the times while maintaining its original mission: to help our clients and program participants to develop their leadership skills.
Our first programs were designed for two kinds of leaders: business executives and university students
- Executive Education Programs for Czech and Slovak Business Leaders (Business Leadership Forum: USA)
- American English Language Immersion Programs in the United States

Later we added the Travel-and-Learn programs in Europe and in the United States. These programs combine education with tourism, helping participants to encounter new cultures in some depth and to gain at least a minimum level of understanding of the historical, political, economic and social significance of what they experience.
